why we use var_dump() in php

$var1= hello;
 var_dump($var1); // show the string  data tyoe
echo "</br>";
$var2=20;
var_dump($var2); // show the integer data type
echo "</br>"
$var3=20.4;
var_dump($var3); // show the float data type
?>

var_dump() function is mainly use for check or show the data type  in php and it print the data type in outupt screen
